ABF The Soldiers’ Charity partners with Free Wills Network and Farewill to make the Will writing simple and free for our supporters. Through these services, you can access the opportunity to have a simple or more complex Will written or amended for free online, over the phone, or with a local solicitor.
Please be aware there is no obligation to remember ABF The Soldiers’ Charity in your Will in order to use these services. All we ask is that you consider helping to make a difference to the Army family.
How it works
There are 3 ways to use the free Will writing service:
Option 1: Online
Write your Will quickly and easily with Farewill – the largest online Will writing service in the UK. The online Will writing service is available for supporters based in England and Wales and for simple estates.
If you have started your online Will writing and your Will has been defined as complex, you might be redirected to the Farewill phone assistants. We offer this service for free to our supporters.
Option 2: Over the phone
If you are a supporter based in England, Wales or Northern Ireland, and you would prefer to write your Will over the phone, you can request a callback from our partners at Farewill or you can call them directly at 020 8176 6715. Please make sure to mention our charity to access the free Will writing service.
If you have started your online Will writing and your Will has been defined as complex, you might be redirected to the Farewill phone assistants.
Option 3: With a local solicitor
